About us
Lyons Peak started as a pop-up at Four Corners in Jamul, firing up the smoker and wood-fired oven for the local community on weekends. What began as a neighborhood thing grew a following, and by 2022 it had become a real business with a loyal base of regulars.
In 2026, Lyons Peak opened its first permanent location on Campo Rd. Same food that built our reputation, now with a full coffee bar and a place to actually sit down and enjoy it.
